Summary
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Additionally, the Project Manager is expected to play a supporting role in the implementation and to overall Operations by assisting with implementation services. This includes, but is not limited to: training and post go-live support, installation support, documentation, and process creation.
Responsibilities
* Direct and manage project development from beginning to end * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders * Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents * Effectively communicate project goals and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion * Communicate and conduct training on the Voalte One Solution for new installations and unit expansions * Provide on-going continuous training to units as requested by hospitals * Establish the end-user relationship * Provide continuous post go-live end-user support and interaction to the hospital and individual units * Develop best practices and tools for project execution, management, training and support
Ideal Candidate
* University or 4-year College Degree in Business or related field * At least 1 year relevant experience * Familiarity with Project Management Software * Must be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment * Ability to react to changes in priorities, demands timelines, and scope promptly and efficiently, through analytical and problem-solving techniques * Must have strong public speaking / oral communication skills in order to convey information and concepts effectively * Strong group observational skills * Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry * Service-oriented thinker that actively thinks about the user / customer experience * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial * Must be able to travel (nationwide) up to 20% * A high degree of Passion, Respect and Imagination
