Summary
Manages the planning, development and coordination of all marketing communications programs to ensure brand integrity and support the company’s growth objectives by promoting the sale of company products and/or services. Consults with other areas of management or business units, sales departments, and advertising agencies to leverage web marketing, trade show activity and direct marketing. Manages the preparation of sales aids, controls advertising and public relations projects, and recommends the media outlet best suited to sell specific products or services. Interacts with vendors to produce promotional material
Responsibilities
* Creates and executes marketing plans for key regions that support the marketing strategy and is measured on activities delivered, within budget and on time. Monitors opportunities and recommends proposals to senior management. Provides feedback to measure Return On Investment (ROI). Ensures the brand is consistently represented in all campaigns (events, advertising, direct mail, internal marketing, collateral, public relations). * Supports the Product Management team to support sales campaigns and new product launches through marketing campaigns and collateral delivery. Leads meetings with Product Management to detail campaigns and revenue targets and partner with the Product Marketing Team to execute and measure responses. Supports Partner Management and key strategic partners through joint marketing efforts, encouraging partners to be involved and contribute to marketing activities. * Develops marketing activities to support TS2 International marketing strategy to support business development, sales, relationship management. Supports new market entry through research and marketing activity plan. * Manages marketing activities for Relationship Management, dealing with clients and their marketing activities and communications. Manages the organization and delivery of the European Client Forum. * Works as an integral part of the corporate communications team to disseminate relevant information to International regions – internal team members and clients/prospects. Enforces corporate standards through International segment. * Supports the brand voice and principles across the International segment, relating all activities to the overarching corporate guidelines. Ensures we maintain a consistent brand message while trying new initiatives to make the brand stand out above others.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree * Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. * Typically a minimum of 6 years * related professional experience and prefer a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory position.
