Summary
Strategic Account Executive Being responsible for the overall account relationships with existing clients. Establishing relationships at the senior management level as well as tactical levels that help maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Being accountable for the delivery of new bookings, revenue and backlog quotas across assigned accounts. Developing strong consultative relationships with client executives in order to understand their strategic business direction and how they align with TriZetto’s offerings.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining overall account responsibility for maintaining and growing bookings and revenue for small to medium sized clients. - Being accountable for understanding a client's strategic direction, strategic roadmap, and how TriZetto can partner with the client for a long-term relationship and mutual success. - Developing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships at the executive level and decision support levels to identify new business opportunities to drive business results for TriZetto and our clients. - Forecasting and achieving sales results for both the short and long term that meet company objectives. - Identifying opportunities, up-selling, developing strategic account plans, selling into white space, keeping current on industry knowledge and participating at conferences. - Being accountable for client satisfaction, customer profiles, reference program, goal setting and tracking, client communication, overall client relationship management, significant revenue/NNR quota, and bookings quota targets.
Ideal Candidate
- High school diploma, GED Certificate or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance or a related discipline preferred. - Minimum of five years' experience in a related healthcare field with a proven ability to interact and sell at the C-level in health plans. - Minimum of three years' consultative selling and relationship building experience while carrying a sales quota. - Experience working in or penetrating blue chip accounts. - Healthcare industry experience preferred. - Demonstrated understanding of the value of software and services. - Knowledge of health plan financials, regulatory impacts and competitive dynamics. - Understands health plan financials, regulatory impacts and competitive dynamics. - Demonstrated success working in, with or penetrating blue chip accounts. - Travel between 50% - 75%.
