Summary
The Client Experience team is responsible for working with all clients and partners to ensure that Emmi solutions are effectively deployed and utilized. By doing so successfully, we hope to provide all patients and their families the opportunity to interact with Emmi solutions, and help them become more active participants in their care, and help our clients and partners recognize value and improved outcomes as a result.
Responsibilities
* The Client Services Studio Specialist is a key contributor to drive Emmi’s success with all clients of our custom development studio. * The custom studio leverages our deep domain expertise in developing patient engagement products to develop custom solutions for various healthcare markets including clinical trial, pharmaceutical, device manufacturing and hospital organizations. * The Client Services Studio Specialist project manages and deploys Emmi’s product solutions that have been aligned with clients’ strategic goals and initiatives. * This position works collaboratively with clients, partners and various other Emmi departments as a team to ensure a successful solution is delivered and deployed. **Project Planning, Execution, and Optimization** * Act as the Project Manager, working collaboratively with both external and internal teams to build, and execute project plans that meet client goals on assigned accounts * Understand client needs, initiatives, and deployment requirements to develop and align prioritized project plans with identified milestones and goals * Seek input to create and prioritize plans effectively * Drive and influence other internal team members to positively and effectively execute on assigned sub-projects as needed to meet the clients’ goals * Report on progress and effectiveness of plans to client and Emmi leadership, executing on escalation to management as necessary * Work with clients to re-engineer plans and goals where necessary **Client Relationship Management** * Maintain and improve the health and well-being of assigned accounts, effectively managing client expectations, maintaining on-going communication and anticipating and addressing client needs * Establish positive, collaborative relationships with client representatives * Identify opportunities for solution optimization within assigned clients * Support Emmi’s Business Development team in their efforts to maintain, protect and grow revenue from custom studio clients * **Team Work** * Work collaboratively and constructively with all project team members (including client teams and various internal teams) * Support a positive environment across departments and team functions treating others with respect and kindness * Give direct and constructive feedback to team members always focused on how we can collectively improve client or team performance * Seek success and challenge team members to do the same
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree required, Business/Health Administration preferred. Advanced degree or equivalent experience recommended. * 2-5 years of experience within a healthcare environment. * Understanding of various healthcare environments and workflows. * Experience managing projects within a clinical environment. * Strong oral and written communications skills.
