Summary
The Marketing Research Analyst supports the daily corporate marketing activity for TRIOSE. This position supports TRIOSE by playing a key role in our ability to expand our services in both existing and new markets. The Marketing Research Analyst will have an integral role in helping TRIOSE decide which products and services to sell, to which customers, at what price.
Responsibilities
* Assist the marketing manager on all duties as assigned. * Identify new market opportunities. * Collect data on competitors’ tactics, market conditions and consumer demographics * Perform extensive market research and use analytic problem solving skills to process large amounts of data * Research customers’ opinions, buying habits, preferences and wants/needs * Study the competition’s prices, sales numbers and methods of marketing and distribution * Develop tactics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising and communications programs * Monitor and forecast marketing/sales trends; highlight opportunities for new initiatives and promotions * Turn market research information into useful and actionable tools that can benefit the company’s growth initiatives
Ideal Candidate
* High level of integrity and dependability * Demonstrates professionalism and effective interpersonal skills * Demonstrated organizational and time management skills * Proficient Microsoft Office skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required * Associates, Bachelor’s or 2 years of related experience is preferred * Experience working in survey and query software, business intelligence reporting software, and statistical analysis software is a must
