Senior Business Analyst

Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE: TWC) is among the largest providers of video, high-speed data and voice services in the United States, connecting 16 million customers to entertainment, information and each other. Time Warner Cable Business Class offers data, video and voice services to businesses of all sizes, cell tower back-haul services to wireless carriers and enterprise-class, cloud-enabled hosting, managed applications and services.

This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing and modeling operational Enterprise results for all markets, company-wide. Act as a liaison between the functional department contacts and the Business Planning – Reporting & Metrics team.

Model and trend business results to provide senior and market leadership with information in order to make calculated and informed business decisions. Create reporting packages for senior management that provide insight into the overall health of the Enterprise Business. These reports will be daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. Identify and monitor Key Performance Indicators across the commercial business. Collaborate with business counterparts to ensure data is being captured and reported correctly (i.e. IT, Finance, Sales, and Operations). Ensure that data is being delivered in a manner that makes it most effective to all parties.

**Job Requirements:** * Must be able to recognize positive or negative trends concerning the overall effects on the business, as well as communicating recommendations to senior leadership. * Proficient in creating reporting packages. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user, required. * Familiarity in CSG/ICOMS billing platforms, Salesforce.com, Micro Strategy a plus. * Excellent written communication skills, including technical writing. * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of management. * Strong analytical and conceptual skills. * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. **Education Level:** * Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university. MBA Preferred. **Experience / Skills Required:** * 3-5 years of Business Analytics and Reporting * Demonstrated track record in new concept development and reporting * Previous experience in Financial and Operations analysis, research, audit and problem solving
