About Tile
Tile has invented a simple and sleek location tracking app that can be used to track any item users don’t want to misplace. Users can place small, affordable Tiles on wallets, purses, computers, luggage, etc., allowing them to communicate within the world’s largest lost and found network.
Summary
Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting Tile’s most valuable asset—its people. The role is also responsible for creating scalable infrastructure for the Talent Acquisition function that enables Tile to grow and add the highest-caliber talent in a competitive talent market.
Responsibilities
* Hands-on full-cycle recruitment across Technical, Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions * Building scalable Talent Acquisition processes and programs, including workforce planning, sourcing platforms, a social media recruitment strategy, interview scheduling/feedback processes, interview training, and new-hire onboarding * Partnering with other internal Tile stakeholders on refinement of a differentiated employment brand and employee value proposition for Tile * Ensuring discerning selection of top talent through assessment of experience, capabilities and future potential and systematizing the screening and selection process across the company so that all interviewers align on selecting the right culture fit for Tile * Providing input into broader People-related decisions, including those related to compensation, benefits, enabling technology (e.g., ATS and HRIS systems), employee engagement, and talent management/development * As the company grows, scale and manage the Talent Acquisition team
Ideal Candidate
* The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with substantial experience recruiting technical professionals in Silicon Valley. * S/he will ideally have exposure to Consumer technology and recruitment of both hardware and software professionals. * An interest in contributing to broader Talent Management and People-related strategy is desired, as is the ability to contribute more broadly across the organization, as needed. * Experience in both high-growth environments as well as more mature organizations with established processes and best practices is ideal. * Regardless of where the individual comes from, s/he will reflect a passion for Tile’s product and technology and will demonstrate a strong leadership presence, good business orientation and be comfortable operating autonomously in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
