Senior Human Resource Generalist

Working closely with the Director, People Operations, you will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning and day to day HR activities of the Company. Responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle, employee relations, performance management and compliance. * Partner with leaders in creating a culture and work environment that supports the business strategy, encourages employee engagement and inspires performance excellence * Utilize data and predictive analytics to identify organizational effectiveness opportunities and to measure the impact of efforts * Advise leaders and employees in dealing with and remediating employee relations issues * Monitor and provide support to the business during process such as performance reviews, compensation increase cycles, and headcount planning * Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies, and procedures in order to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance * Work closely with Director, People Operations and broader People team to implement specific HR processes and transactions * Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks (for example, you may work closely with our existing generalist to revamp the onboarding process)

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or related area strongly preferred * 5+ years of broad HR knowledge * Experience in many facets of HR (performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, etc.) * Unquestioned integrity and a strong moral compass * Ability to work well in ambiguous situations
