Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Analysis

If so the then the Senior Financial Analyst role on our FP&A Strategic Analysis team is the place for you to learn from industry leaders and grow in your career.
- Provide strategy and recommendations on varied initiatives across all levels of management
- Prepare complex financial models and reports, including Pro-forma Statements, Discounted Cash Flow Models, P&L
- Partner with operational experts and build relationships within the business
Potential Projects:
- Marketing Campaigns - partner with Marketing to evaluate advertising and media campaigns
- Merchandising Initiatives - evaluate inventory management/merchandising initiatives
- Capital Investment Decision Process - evaluate projects to determine if they meet ROI criteria, as well as support the long term growth of the business
- Real Estate - provide store pro-forma analysis and other property evaluations for the company
- Store Performance - analyze operational efficiencies and expense controls to ensure profit is maximized in each location
- Presentation preparation and KPI performance reporting
- 3-5 years of financial analysis experience; Consulting, Investment Banking, or MBA a plus
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics preferred
- Deep understanding and experience with concepts such as cash flow, NPV, ROI, IRR and flexible financial modeling
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
