If so the then the Senior Financial Analyst role on our FP&A Strategic Analysis team is the place for you to learn from industry leaders and grow in your career.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategy and recommendations on varied initiatives across all levels of management * Prepare complex financial models and reports, including Pro-forma Statements, Discounted Cash Flow Models, P&L * Partner with operational experts and build relationships within the business **Potential Projects:** * Marketing Campaigns - partner with Marketing to evaluate advertising and media campaigns * Merchandising Initiatives - evaluate inventory management/merchandising initiatives * Capital Investment Decision Process - evaluate projects to determine if they meet ROI criteria, as well as support the long term growth of the business * Real Estate - provide store pro-forma analysis and other property evaluations for the company * Store Performance - analyze operational efficiencies and expense controls to ensure profit is maximized in each location * Presentation preparation and KPI performance reporting
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of financial analysis experience; Consulting, Investment Banking, or MBA a plus * Bachelors degree in Finance or Economics preferred * Deep understanding and experience with concepts such as cash flow, NPV, ROI, IRR and flexible financial modeling * Excellent analytical and quantitative skills * Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * High level of attention to detail * Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
