Responsibilities
* Commit 100% to leveraging every opportunity to learn our sales process, products, marketing strategies, channel, culture, and value proposition throughout our wide-ranging, intense training program. * Use your increasing knowledge, combined with your passion for sales, people and relationships to succeed in sales scenarios and actual sales calls as your training progresses towards conclusion. * When fully trained assume responsibility for your territory, and begin the next phase of your sales career. You will either relocate to your new territory, or remain in your training office, dependent upon business conditions.
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this exciting role the ideal candidate will need: * The flexibility to relocate. We seek to hire, train and place trainees within a general regional geography. Relocation to a training office, and again to your territory sales office, typically happens within this regional geography. However business conditions and needs may require relocation to any sales office, nationwide. * Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business/Marketing/Finance, but all majors considered. * A passion for sales. * Solid prospecting skills, territory management methodology, sales process, proposal preparation and presentation skills, etc. * Commensurate PC skills (Microsoft office, Sales management tools etc.). * Excellent driving record is required. * Must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.
