Summary
The Associate Account Executive plays an important role in achieving both team and individual sales goals on an on-going basis. This role offers the opportunity for hands-on account management experience in a team support environment for highly motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
* Working with the inside sales team and sales management to develop and execute a territory plan for the inside accounts * Effectively targeting and serving the installed client base by proactively generating and closing opportunities for ALL back to install base solutions including: Learn and add-on modules for installed software * Territory management tasks such as ATP generation, scoping coordination and sales demonstrations * Effectively prospecting assigned territory to develop new, self-cultivated opportunities from start to close * Qualifying prospects expressing interest in one’s product and then converting into a lead * Coordinating with the Sales Manager and Existing Account Executives for business development, positioning, and selling of all back to install base solutions * Using the sales process to effectively manage pipeline and forecast * Supporting the sales team with any special projects or campaigns as designated by the Sales Manager
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 2-4 years of current sales experience is required; technology and/or software sales industry experience preferred * A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four year college * Nonprofit knowledge/experience is a plus
