Summary
This position is responsible for all facets of recruiting for assigned areas to ensure acquisition of the best talent to deliver business results, market the company talent brand, and deliver improved processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Manage full life cycle of recruitment for a variety of positions at all levels; recruit, source, screen internal and external candidates to ensure compliance and minimize risk factors * Assess potential candidates to position requirements for skill, education, experience, competency, and cultural alignment and recommend top candidates for further review * Utilize applicant tracking system to create requisitions, post positions, and disposition applicants * Actively pursue and partner with multiple recruitment channels including Textron talent acquisition teams, social media, industry contacts, association memberships, diversity organizations, and trade groups to create talent pipelines and support the affirmative action and diversity goals * Lead university recruiting efforts including participation in career fairs and other recruitment events to source candidates * Collect and maintain all recruitment data/metrics through user interfaces such as dashboards and reports * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
