Product Manager

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join an engagement in which s/he would manage the roadmapping, analysis and functional requirements specification process for release of a new application version. The aforementioned application is used to create, manage & distribute e-commerce and marketing content. It is a web based application for digital asset management and distribution.

• Working backwards on behalf of users and advocating for their needs throughout the design, build and deployment process
• Defining the features, building the roadmap, and driving the adoption of these models and tools
• Defining our positioning and messaging, creating the most compelling audience-specific messages and tools (product videos, success stories, demos, presentations, how-to guides, etc.) to help users understand our value proposition and increasing adoption of these models and tools to drive productivity
• Coordinating with internal (other Client teams) and external (third parties) data partners so to build successful offerings on top of this service

• 3-5 years experience working as a Product Manager, including understanding product management best practices and processes.
• 3-5 years experience working as a Project Manager on an E-commerce project.
• 3-5 years experience with requirements gathering and the ability to effectively work with clients and understand, document and gather their needs.
• Experience with big data, data science, predictive modeling, and recommendations systems or similar is a huge plus.
