Product Manager

Teespring has made and shipped over 16 million items to date and 1 in 50 people in the U.S. own a Teespring product.

* Conduct thorough research with customers to learn and determine what to build depending on their needs * Gather customer requirements, and turn these into well-defined product requirements and specifications * Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and help define product vision * Partner closely with various teams to help determine the best implementation methods as well as execution schedule * Work with cross-functional stakeholders across to align teams around the product definition * Create product launch plans, track development, and manage the roadmap against that strategy * Assess product success and customer satisfaction, and feed them back into the product definition process

* 3-5 years of experience in product management * A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects * Self-starter with natural ability to balance priorities and work in an agile environment * Strong analytical skills * Solid balance of strategic thinking and ability to get things done * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects for stakeholders. * Ability to understand and speak about technical things - not necessarily to the level of an engineer (though some of our PMs are former/current programmers), but enough to work in a highly technical environment
