Summary
Do you want to define the next generation mobile business app? Blackberry is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager with demonstrated success in mobile who can take take our leading business application to the next level to create an amazing modern work experience to delight our users. The Senior Product Manager will use a combination of outstanding product skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate and create world-class experiences. The Sr. Product Manager will be the lead interface to communicate product direction and gather feedback from our enterprise customers, synthesize that information with our business goals and communicate features and direction with our first-rate engineering organization. Responsibilities
Blackberry’s Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for our Good Work application used by leading enterprises and government organizations that value security and superior business productivity for their mobile workforce. This will involve working with our key customers, writing clear requirements, owning the roadmap, communicating with engineering, and working hand in hand with our UX organization to create amazing experiences. Working within the product team, the Sr. Product Manager will strive to effectively design product plans based on business priorities, customer expectations, set clear/measurable objectives, communicate roadmap direction with our sales organization and customers to achieve our business goals. Lastly, the Sr. Product Manager will effectively champion his/her product vision & strategy, monitor product progression through completion of milestones and partner with product marketing and the R&D teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS degree, MBA preferred * Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years of mobile development * Preferred experience working with Enterprise customers * Ability to create product specifications and white papers * Strong product management skills and ability to present work to executive staff * Strong passion for creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences * Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail * Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
