Summary
As a Product Manager for Partner Solutions, you will use outstanding business judgement and strategic thinking to advocate for and innovate on behalf of Tapingo's clients and merchants. You'll need top-class analytical skills, the ability to think cross-functionally, and excellent technical abilities in order to represent our client base. You'll lead the requirement gathering and building phases, you'll craft solutions, and you'll present to our executive team members and clients in a clear and concise manner. You'll work closely with our executive, technical, growth, and finance teams in order to see your dreams come to life, from inception to "shipped."
Responsibilities
* Work in-depth with Tapingo's clients and engineering team to conceptualize, design, and build products that create an excellent client experience while driving Tapingo's business goals * Clearly and compellingly present ideas and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders * Serve as the technical subject matter expert when interfacing with prospective clients * Gather, articulate, and prioritize technical and functional requirements for unconventional approaches/needs * Help client technical organizations understand the advantages to disrupting business-as-usual * Communicate ideas and needs to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders * Provide constructive input to rest of the Product and Engineering team regarding new features and improvements
Ideal Candidate
* At least 5 years' experience in leading teams to drive end-to-end product development, especially those that integrate hardware and software * Experience with handling and processing payments * B2B experience * Amazing ability to prioritize and manage tradeoffs while gaining/maintaining buy-in from stakeholders * Resourceful and agile, with a track record of doing a lot with limited resources * Driven and dedicated with a burning desire to win. * Vibrant presentation skills both in person and on the phone/over the web * Proficient in networking protocols and standards * Knowledge of different network topologies, network technologies, and different enterprise level network security appliances and measurements
