Senior Design Manager

As a Senior Design Manager at Sullivan, you'll be responsible for ensuring all design work is executed and activated to the highest standard. You are passionate about design and get excited by the details. You know how to think strategically and thrive on collaboration.

You have the ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously as well as the ability to motivate a creative team composed of designers, writers, and activation specialists. You must be comfortable interfacing with clients and working together with account team partners in managing a fast-paced environment. You not only have what it takes to develop, activate and protect brands but you're also able to see the big picture and initiate creative opportunities accordingly.

• 10+ years working on and managing brand assignments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to nurture and motivate talent
• Deep expertise in extending brand identities and brand platforms
• Working digital knowledge and experience
• Environmental experience a bonus
• A strong portfolio and relevant experience is essential
