We are looking for a driven, energetic recruiter to maintain a close relationship with hiring managers at all levels of the organization. As the point of contact in our Austin office this person will have the opportunity to establish best hiring practices and create our recruiting culture. This is truly a unique opportunity to grow our teams and create partnerships with the hiring teams across a wide variety of markets.

* Source and manage candidates for sales and business operations positions in multiple locations and at various levels of seniority * Extend, negotiate and close offers to potential hires * Partner with department heads, leverage their networks, and facilitate effective outreach strategies * Build relationships with hiring managers, develop deep understanding of their positions/needs, and maintain a high-bar candidate pool * Interview candidates and manage their experience throughout the hiring process * Ability to support headcount expansion into new markets

The ideal candidate will have an established track record of hiring for companies with rigorous interview practices in the technology space. This is a full-cycle recruiting position with an emphasis on engaging passive candidates at all levels in sales and sales support. * BA/BS degree * 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruitment experience * Experience hiring for marquee companies or start-ups with rigorous interview procedures * Ability to source independently and partner with hiring managers to build pipeline of high-caliber passive talent * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) * Persistence, resourcefulness, and sense of urgency
