Summary
We are looking for a driven, self-starting Senior Associate of Growth Marketing to manage our email and online marketing initiatives. You will create, launch and monitor campaigns to increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention, and have the opportunity to experiment with all digital channels to drive growth. In this unique role, you will have exposure to our end-to-end customer lifecycle and work cross-functionally with designers, analysts, inside sales specialists, and engineers to drive growth. You will work closely with the VP of Marketing and other marketing managers to help improve acquisition costs, increase customer lifetime value, drive pricing strategy, and track and forecast monthly revenue for SquareTrade’s direct-to-consumer business.
Responsibilities
* Own various email, SEM, retargeting, and other marketing campaigns * Work closely with the Creative team to develop and execute new campaigns, ads, and supporting messages * Work closely with analysts to analyze campaign results, offer recommendations, and design new segmentation models to increase acquisition, retention and repeat purchase rates * Design custom on-boarding programs for new customers based on acquisition source and purchase channel * Monitor attrition rates across cohorts and create win-back programs to increase engagement * Develop a referral marketing program to engage existing customers and acquire new customers * Structure A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns * Test new retention channels beyond email (SMS, push notification, direct mail, etc.) to discover new engagement opportunities
Ideal Candidate
* Customer-focused: you design programs that woo customers * Data-driven and analytical: you can measure and optimize performance based on data * Proven problem-solver: you can think strategically and bring new ideas to the table, but are focused on results * Aggressive executor: you move fast and meet deadlines * BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees a plus * Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data * 2+ years of experience in an analytical role (preferably in marketing, consulting, or investment banking) * Familiarity with acquisition and retention metrics and KPIs (CAC, LTV, k-factor, etc.) a plus * Prior exposure to SQL a plus * High-growth company and/or e-commerce experience a plus
