Summary
As a Sales Operations Manager you will work to maximize worldwide sales force effectiveness and manage functions essential to sales force productivity. This will include but is not limited to planning, reporting, forecasting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, and sales training.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Publisher Services leadership to define effective operating framework for new business, Inside Sales and Account Management including reporting, key metrics, targets, policy and process * Own and drive the key operating processes within Sovrn's sales teams including: * Forecasting Process / Planning * Sales Performance Review Processes / Monthly business reviews * Sales Comp and Incentive process * Sales Training * Continuous improvement * Responsible for managing the solutions on the Salesforce.com platform * Build and manage sales processes for full publisher life cycle * Understand and implement segments of our publisher base through Salesforce analytics * Revamp lead qualifying process to result in time saving for each publisher advocate and a more consistent standard for lead quality comparison * Work cross functionally with Ad Operations, Data and Demand teams * Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users * Maintain and apply expert knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and best practices * Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity * Provide team training and adoption of Salesforce best practices * Create and manage custom fields, objects, layouts, list views, triggers, security configuration, complex workflows, and overall system configuration * Create and maintain technical and business documentation and training materials
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, financial analyst, or salesforce administrator * 1+ years management experience preferred * Cutomer focused centered mindset, with a strong ability to form and maintain customer realtionships * Strong understanding of business processes * End user experience oriented * Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment * Team player who works productively with wide range of people and personalities * Strong aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration * Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
