Summary
We are seeking an experienced (8+ years min), talented and inspirational Director of Inside sales for our San Francisco, CA office. You will be responsible for regular recruiting, training, building compensation plans, creating promotional programs, and performing regular reviews of your staff as well as coaching them to success.Sell direct, with reps, through the channel, domestic and international Because we are selling a complex enterprise software product, you must have hands-on experience creating and running medium sized inside sales teams within small to mid-sized software or computer hardware companies.
Responsibilities
* Build from scratch a team of 10 people and lead a high performing Inside sales team supporting our newest business line * Be accountable for the team attainment of net new customer acquisition and performance targets * Keep Sales Leaders updated on contribution to Monthly/Quarterly objectives * Maintain a high level of Lithium solution knowledge while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends * Manage system of work, sales processes and procedures * Manage Business Partner and Internal Customer relationships – Executive Leadership Team, Sales Leadership Team, Marketing,Sales Development, Sales Operations * Role up your sleeves and be highly involved in sales process when needed
Ideal Candidate
* 8+ years experience managing a quota-carrying teams in a SaaS environment, including 7+ years of Proven, Strong quota based sales performance * Must have a proven track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota in the SaaS industry * A passion for coaching, training and developing * Ability to provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.com * Must be highly detailed and metric driven through all stages of the sales cycle * BA/BS
