Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to add to our team. This is an inside sales/call center based role with 90% of customer interaction over the phone.
- Convert sales leads generated at Trade Shows and conferences to purchasing customers
- Expand upon existing Account base to include other “like” businesses
- Develop a sales call and contact plan to ensure existing customers as well as prospects are contacted monthly
- Implement the contact plan and modify as needed to ensure consistent growth and goal achievement
- Provide superior customer service. This will be done primarily by phone and email, but will also include attending trade shows
- Utilize company systems to ensure tracking and proper follow-up on all account activities
- Enter notes in each account, in Tesla, after contact has been made with the customer or prospect
- Participate in on-going training to expand product knowledge
- Ensure the processes or products being trained on are quickly integrated into customer presentations
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant sales experience
- Consultative telephone sales experience or prior relationships with dermatologists and/or allergists helpful
- Self-motivated, confident, positive personality, disciplined and team oriented
- Ability to build rapport with customers and teammates; by phone, via e-mail and in person
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new concepts and products quickly
- Detail oriented, organized, and ability to multi-task
- MS Word and Excel computer skills helpful
