Summary
You will be responsible for working as part of the 4Wall LA Sales Team to fulfill their key responsibilities – namely selling and executing equipment sales and installation projects in the Los Angeles Area. This role will include Inside Sales activities including quotes, order entry, order maintenance and billing. * Quotes may include possible site surveys, demos of equipment, product research and mock-ups. * Order entry includes processing customer PO’s, credit applications and execution of contract documents (this could include compilation of submittal documents, as-builts and O&M Manuals). * Order maintenance can include receipt of equipment and possible prep for delivery and installation. It will also include out contracts, shipping documents and transmittals. * Billing is actually done by Accounting but needs to be prepped and requested by Account Managers. * The Account Manager will communicate with and provide service to existing clients and will assist in the creation of relationships with new clients for 4Wall. This position is based at the 4Wall office in Los Angeles, CA and the primary geographic territory is within a 200 mile radius of that location. While local activities are the primary responsibility, you will occasionally work as part of our national team and may work with S&D personnel in LV, NY, DC and Nashville. This position reports to the Account Executive for 4Wall LA Sales. He will set priorities and manage day to day tasks. Local efforts are supported by 4Wall LA personnel in multiple departments. Activities will take place in the office, in the shop and at client facilities and job sites. Occasional overnight travel may be required. The position requires knowledge and experience with entertainment technologies (primarily – but not exclusively – lighting), knowledge and experience with the construction industry, excellent organizational skills and strong customer service abilities. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
* Provide sales support and service to achieve operational efficiencies and internal controls to meet objectives for the location. * Assist with the development of revenue streams with new business contacts and customers and through continued communication with current regional customers to increase their relationship with the company. * Focus on the acquisition of new business and personal relationships and the retention and expansion of existing relationships. * Internal reporting to upper management as required. * Identify and monitor pertinent industry activities to establish a strong local presence. * All other duties that may be assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * Proven track record of excellent sales support in a related technology or entertainment service setting. * Broad general education with relevant entertainment industry experience. * Familiarity with the respective local markets (including schools, churches, theatres and hospitality venues). * Proven communication skills, math skills and proven ability to meet deadlines and goals. * Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet. **Education:** * Some relevant secondary, technical or vocational education or training required. * Bachelor’s degree in entertainment technology or equivalent related experience preferred but not required.

Health insurance and 401(k) are offered after satisfactory completion of 90-day probationary period. Position is full-time. A background check will be required.
