Summary
As a Manager at Signpost, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through new customer acquisition, interaction with senior management and provide input on the sales process and product at Signpost.
Responsibilities
* Effectively communicate Signpost’s vision, value, sales process and strategy to our new sales team. * Partner with sales managers and other departments to identify needs, and develop and implement development plans for new and existing team members. * Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competing or complementary technologies and competitive threats * Assist in the development of new hires through a probationary period to help them achieve their full potential and ramp up to full performance goals. * Weekly One-on-Ones with each new employee * Coaching as needed including regular review of call recordings, daily review of call counts & times * Oversee the 6-8 member teams on all new programs and initiatives including assessments and other methods to confirm understanding and confirmation of knowledge at least once per month. * Impact and motivate enrollment teams by providing high energy, clarity, and leadership.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree * 1-3 years of Sales Management experience preferred * Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales experience Required. * Former experience in training delivery; developing and delivery learning resources, formal and informal. * Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style, and group facilitation skills. * Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles. * RM knowledge/system savvy – Salesforce preferred. * Experience working cross-functionally, especially with internal clients or subject matter experts. * Software industry experience, ideally in the Saas industry preferred.
