Summary
As the Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing a talented and growing team of Account Executives you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing a repeatable and scalable Sales Process at ServiceTitan. You will join a rapidly growing Sales Organization and will be involved in helping recruit, onboard, and train numerous new hires for success. Responsibilities
* Shape and implement Sales strategy and processes * Stay abreast of and coach AEs on best practices * Serve as a mentor for your team and be a steward of the ServiceTitan organization * Measure and hold accountable AE Performance * Identify and institute creative methods for improving conversion rates and reducing Sales Cycle * Report to Sr. Management on operational and financial KPIs * Motivate, incent, and recognize team members to encourage top performance * Recruit, interview, and onboard new Team Members * Conduct weekly 1X1s with each AE * Help evaluate new technologies and programs to drive superior performance
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years experience as an Account Executive on an Inside Sales Team (SaaS organization a plus) * 2+ years of AE management experience * Track-record of success managing a high performing inside sales team * Proven experience instituting, managing and enhancing a modern scalable and repeatable Sales Process * Enthusiastic and vibrant attitude * Expert communication and presentation skills * Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence * Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data * Adept at adopting and rolling out new sales enablement technologies, proficiency with Salesforce.com a must
