**Physical Activites & Requirements, Visual Acuity, Working Conditions And Noise Level:**
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
* The physical requirements of this position are considered to be sedentary work (Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.).
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less in order to view a computer screen).

* Contacts with other persons within the department on routine matters as well as regular contact with other departments, or outside the organization furnishing or obtaining factual data requiring ordinary courtesy and tact. **Minimum Education & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Education/Training, Finance, or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* 5+ years of Learning and Development classroom instruction/facilitation experience required.
* 5+ years of experience coaching and training in a corporate environment required. Training in the financial services industry preferred.
* Experience instructing coursework for all levels of the organization while utilizing adult learning principles required.
* 1+ years experience working within an ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) work environment or similar methodology preferred.
* Prior experience developing coursework, training programs preferred.
* Prior experience working with subject matter experts within lines of business preferred.
