Production Designer

ROKKAN is looking to bring on a design-savvy Production Designer to join the agency’s world-class design team. The Production Designer will be working closely with Art Directors and Senior Designers in executing designs based off of approved creative and wireframes. Candidates must be very detail oriented; able to produce pixel perfect, detailed-oriented designs; understand how to interpret wireframes; and possess strong communication skills and efficiency. Candidates should also be extremely well organized and have experience in the web production workflow for large-scale website builds and campaigns. Candidates must be proficient in Photoshop with the ability to produce clean PSDs with sensible layer structures and naming.

• Support Senior Designers and Art Directors in the final execution of designs.
• Perform slicing, color correcting, resizing, and control quality control on all project images and elements for the web.
• Work with internal teams to define a seamless and effective production process, as well as assist with developing style guides.

• Possess at least 2 years in a proven production design role within a digital agency preferably.
• Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite products – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• General appreciation and eye for visual design.
• Adept at working in a deadline-driven environment and transition between multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work and interface with various departments.
