Now is the right time to explore a career with Rochester Midland. Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC) is searching for an IT Help Desk/PC Support Services Specialist in our Rochester, NY Facility.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your Information Technology, Software, Network, PC skills while using your customer service skills in resolving customer PC issues. As a Help Desk/PC Support Specialist. In this role you will provide support to PC users, resolving software, PC and Network issues, analyzes and troubleshoot computer problems, monitor problems encountered by the RMC Team, update PCs and install them onto the network, unpack and assemble PC for company personnel, repair and maintain existing PCs, provide assistance with training as needed and maintain par levels of materials and replacement parts. You will become a true representative of RMC through individualized and team service maintaining high quality standards of quality assurance checks and feel good about the services you are providing to our end users.
