Summary
AffiniPay’s IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day to day support of the company’s IT environment, including end user support, Mac and PC installation and maintenance, administering web services and 3rd party applications, and network troubleshooting. The Administrator will use their experience and education to ensure consistent and high quality IT services to all employees, finding and adopting new technologies. The candidate must demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service, be a self-starter who takes initiative and consistently displays a positive attitude, integrity and accountability.
Responsibilities
* User systems administration (Google GSuite, Microsoft ActiveDirectory) * Administer all 3rd party applications including but not limited to Salesforce, Desk.com, Atlassian, CallRail, DashLane, Slack, GoToWebinar, etc. * Handle all internal systems (Wifi, Microsoft AD/DC, Network File Storage, Switches/Routers) * Monitor the LAN network environment, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless AP, telephony, printers, internet access and software applications * Responsible for DNS management * Develop and administer company MDM policy * Maintain inventory and administration of corporate hardware and licensed software * Provide desktop support to a mix of Mac and PC users * Manage office security by owning the office security system, administering badges as needed, and monitoring access * Deploy, maintain and resolve issues for all applications and computer equipment utilizing corporate tools * Provide technical expertise, education and documentation for the company on security, efficiency and productivity
Ideal Candidate
* Undergraduate degree in a technical field * 3+ years of IT experience * Proficient with Windows and OS X administration * Knowledge of wired and wireless networking, configuration, and administration * Willingness to work flexible / odd hours at times, based on business needs * Independent ability to research technical problems and devise innovative solutions
