Senior Manager

Establishes Global Digital Marketing strategies for 3 Lifecycle teams (LCTs) including new Point-of-Care LCT, aligned with the Business Area.

Responsible for planning and execution of critical activities in support of LCT strategies, including: Content planning, SEO and conversion optimization of LCT properties, digital analytics, social media management, paid/earned/owned acquisition, and email/nurture marketing.

Consults with International Product Managers and ensures adoption of best practices in digital by LCTs.

Manages select global digital infrastructure projects.

Hands-on work in executing global digital campaigns and providing support for affiliates to roll out locally Stays on top of the field in digital marketing trends and competitive digital strategies for life sciences

Oversees external agencies and service providers regarding digital marketing activities

Responsible for continuous improvement of online outreach programs and optimization of the digital marketing mix and spend Tracks and optimizes search engine results for top keywords/keyphrases

Drives effective mobile marketing and social media campaigns in an integrated marketing approach

Establish and lead cross-functional project teams
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with additional training in Information Technology; alternatively Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with additional training in Marketing / Business Economics (MBA is a plus).

Master or MBA, preferred.
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years work experience in Marketing, ideally in the Medical Devices/IVD industry.

Minimum 3 years of experience with directly leading digital marketing campaigns and analytics reporting with demonstrated track record of success..

Strong project management experience in complex international cross functional team projects.

Strong communicator with the ability to consult and influence across multiple levels of management

Solid understanding of IT issues; experience in managing complex IT projects.

Total of 3-5 years of experience in related positions with increasing responsibility. , preferred.

Budget management experience, preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills; proven abilities to effectively manage and complete multiple priorities and projects.
