Responsibilities
* You will manage the strategic sales cycle for “sell-through” or internal infrastructure for 3-6 high profile Federal Systems Integrators (FSI’s). * You will be responsible for meeting aggressive sales quotas and driving revenue goals for both “sell-to” and “sell-through” opportunities. * You will be presenting our Riverbed Application Performance Platform to high level senior management and other company team members proposing the appropriate value proposition. * You will work with strategic partners, resellers, and system integration partners promoting the sales of Riverbed IT performance portfolio.
Ideal Candidate
* You have a Bachelor’s degree. * You have 10+ years of industry experience * You have experience calling in the Federal Market - specifically Federal Systems Integrators * You have skills in selling high-end software or hardware solutions, preferably in the data storage, networking, caching or systems software areas, to large, enterprise accounts. * You have superb communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations. * You have a track record of exceeding quotas year after year. * You have exceptional skills in sales presentation. * You reside in the targeted geography with local relationships. * You have good working experience with key local resellers and experience establishing and fostering strong Channel Partner relationships. * You have skills in using salesforce.com.
