Do you have a knack and passion for problem solving? Maybe you are a person who thrives on collaboration and working on a team. As a Client Service Intern you'll be a part of the Global Client Services team helping support our clients and service team deliver results.
Responsibilities
* Assist account team by proactively monitoring client accounts, analyzing issues and providing recommended resolutions. * Analyze client delivery performance across a variety of proprietary Return Path tools and publicly accessible tools to assist in determining most likely root cause(s) of delivery problems. * Be responsible for generating, formatting and preparing initial reports based on client specific data. * Be responsible for data extracts from Return Path’s systems and help with research for Professional Services (PS) projects. * Support Technical Account Managers (TAMs). * Record customer interactions in the issue tracking system * Join strategic client calls, take notes, perform action items from those calls as a path to learning about email program optimization. * Author, edit and revise knowledge base articles on a variety of topics in accordance with department standards, style, and guidelines. * Assist with content management of knowledge articles in preparation for localization.
Ideal Candidate
* Study digital marketing or have strong interest in digital marketing, communications and/or technology. * Experience using Excel for data analysis. * Previous client or customer service experience preferred. * Conduct research and draw conclusions from multiple data sets. * Strong analytical approach including listening, questioning, and analysis. * Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Skills in editing English (grammar, punctuation, mechanics) with meticulous attention to detail. * Work collaboratively – if you like going on your own this will not be for you. * Work as part of a small cross functional, global team of email & client service experts. * Be a local candidate or be willing to spend the summer in the Boulder area.
