Summary
Radius is seeking a world-class product security expert to lead security efforts. As we tackle the most complex data engineering problems to help our customers connect with their customers, trust is paramount. In this role, you will be responsible for actively working and driving cross-functional teams to accomplish company-wide security initiatives that impact all aspects of the business. A successful candidate must be able to hold an in-depth conversation with CISOs, partners, and line of business users. Help lead Radius with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage Radius’ product security strategy and plan. * Establish security best practices across product & operations. * Work with engineering and operations to establish product security measures within the development lifecycle. * Drive internal security training, and security audits and certifications. * Manage product security vulnerabilities and incidents, internally and externally. * Partner with prospects and customers through security questionnaires, queries, and audits. * Be the spokesperson and evangelist for Radius’ product security initiatives. product security measures within the development lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years working in product security with extensive knowledge of security industry best practices. * Experience defining a product security framework, establishing internal security training programs, and evaluating external security tools. * Experience working with external security researchers and managing product security vulnerabilities and incidents. * Professional experience performing threat modeling, penetration testing and security code reviews. * Deep technical understanding of common security vulnerabilities and risks, as well as countermeasures and compensating controls. * Working experience in agile development practices. * Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external teams. * Excellent communications skills at all levels of an organization. * Experience leading a product security team. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
