- Act as central internal communications hub for a variety of businesses within the Quicken Loans/Rock Ventures Family of Companies
- Analyze current internal communications program, conduct communications audit and develop new overarching internal communications plan to ensure engagement and continued culture growth
- Lead strategy and implementation of new features in company’s dynamic intranet site, all company meetings, face-to-face leadership meetings, etc.
- Collaborate with Public Relations and Human Resources teams to prioritize and ensure a consistent flow of timely, relevant and well-developed team member content utilizing a variety of tools and tactics to ensure message delivery and comprehension
- Provide communications support and counsel to various teams within the organization, including working closely with company’s public relations team
- Help ensure a high level of editorial review, consistency and quality across all organizational communications
- Maintain knowledge of the most current internal communications techniques and practices and use that knowledge to continue to enhance internal communication efforts
- Seven years of experience in a communications field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced company that places a premium on accurate, creative and well-executed work products
- Proven experience developing and growing an internal communications program
