Summary
Account Management is an integral component to servicing PulsePoint’s clients as efficiently as possible. The Client Services intern position is a support role lending assistance to the Programmatic team in all pre-sale tasks. The internship program runs from June-August and is a paid opportunity at $12/hr up to 25 hours a week.
Responsibilities
* Learning the ins and out outs of the ad technology industry and programmatic space * Review site quality for new publishers * Check and review reporting for blocks and low traffic quality * Work closely with Technical Account Management team to field discrepancies * Review Jira queue and help to resolve issues.
Ideal Candidate
* Desire to learn new technologies and methodologies * Highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail * Self-directed, flexible, can keep your cool in a rapidly changing environment and still deliver on all assignments * Excellent interpersonal skills * Superior communications skills, both written and verbal * Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel * Must be enrolled in a business or related program either undergraduate or graduate or must be a recent graduate
