Summary

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll enjoy a variety of daily challenges. From managing bank operations to implementing sales and service programs, you'll be called on to share your expertise with members and Provident personnel. Because the success of your branch is at the top of your list, you'll ensure that all staff have up-to-date training that continues our tradition of excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Excel at sales, service and revenue goals
  • Generate sales in assets and liabilities
  • Keep your branch's operations running smoothly
  • Share your knowledge and skills with your team
  • Minimize your branch's risk exposure
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Motivate and retain staff
Ideal Candidate
  • College degree or equivalent financial services work experience
  • At least one year of management and/or supervisory experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and fundamental computer skills
  • Notary license or the ability to obtain a Notary license within 90 days of hire date
  • Excellent written communication skills
