Responsibilities
  • Drive accountability across organizations, holding management and represented employees responsible for meeting SLA's.
  • Responsible for forecasting the sales and product mix to determine required resources for fulfillment.
  • Proactively monitor, review, and have ultimate responsibility for the end to end management of all processes related to order fulfillment.
  • In addition to the daily management, responsible for Backlog Management for all local teams to ensure on time & complete product fulfillment.
  • Primary management resource to handle critical customer issues linking sales, production scheduling, customer care, retention and credit.
  • Oversee and drive accountability across organizations to ensure expeditious/timely completion of all 'post sale' queries.
  • Conduct delinquent customer account reviews with sales, and develop strategies for accounts at risk of credit approval.
  • Discover and share key customer insights, which will be instrumental in developing strategic planning, marketing, product development, and overall customer experience improvement.
  • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the Center's operating systems and procedures
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree desired
  • 2-3 years of management experience desired
  • 4 years of customer service or account management experience required
  • Strong management & leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of sales and the supporting role required
  • Structured and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ambitious, self-starting mentality and strong work ethic
  • Energetic team player
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
