Corporate Paralegal

Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. is one of the largest and most diversified television broadcasting companies in the country. Sinclair owns and operates, programs or provides sales services to more television stations than anyone and has affiliations with all the major networks.

Sinclair Broadcast Group is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to play a key role in servicing the company and stations with contract review and contest rules review, and assisting the corporate legal department with other projects as necessary.

* Assist in review and drafting of operational contracts, including employment related agreements. * Provide daily support to stations in the review and drafting of contest rules and the administration of contests. * Assist with regulatory filings, as needed. * Assist the corporate legal department with other projects as necessary.

* Bachelor’s Degree in paralegal studies. * 3-5 years’ experience working as a paralegal or in a legal compliance function. FCC experience a plus. * Ability to (i) complete and prioritize a large volume of tasks for multiple clients within deadline; (ii) work efficiently and effectively, and exercise independent judgment; and (iii) provide excellent customer service to Sinclair’s stations * Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
