Responsibilities
* Be responsible for providing high quality customer service and operational support for the Follow My Health (FMH) FaceyConnect online patient portal functionality utilizing the Allscripts Enterprise Electronic Health Record System. * Effectively present technical functionality of the Patient Portal and other systems that interact with it.
Ideal Candidate
* Three to five years of Health Care experience, preferably HIM/IT focused. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Silverlight, VNC technology, GE Centricity/IDX and Allscripts (Enterprise) and Internet based products required. * Must possess excellent customer service skills. * Must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written). * Ability to effectively present information and ideas. * Must be able to multi task and maintain a flexible schedule and some travel as needed. * Must possess analytical aptitude and presentation experience. * Ability to implement new procedures to increase efficiency. **Preferred qualifications for this position include:** * Support Desk or equivalent background highly desirable. * Knowledge of privacy requirements related to adherence to patient confidentiality and specific privacy policies preferred. * RHIT or RHIA preferred.
