The Director of Property Management oversees and manages a team of Senior Managers and Regional Managers to keep PECO properties clean, safe and well-maintained. This position will report to the VP of Property Management and will be based out of our Salt Lake City, UT corporate office.
- Develop and monitor adherence to CAM and Capital budgets in order to achieve desired NOI.
- Ensure that Immediate Repair funds are being managed and executed properly.
- Approve and execute contracts.
- Provide general management guidance as needed to Direct Reports.
- Report and explain significant variances to Vice President and other department heads.
- Assist Director of Construction with various tenant build-outs and/or construction projects.
- Perform inspections of shopping centers to ensure they are maintained to PECO standards.
- Provide approval for purchase orders and invoices.
- Source and negotiate nationwide CAM savings plans.
- Must have 5 - 10years of experience in commercial retail property management.
- College degree desired.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, roofing and HVAC desired.
- Must demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must posses strong computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office applications. Experience with Nexus Payables a plus.
