Summary
Over the past two years we have grown our go-to-market capabilities extensively, and we are now actively seeking experienced and team-oriented Inside Sales professionals to further accelerate our growth. The Inside Sales Representative will play an integral role in the growth of Peloton’s national presence through the identification, qualification and sale of cloud based reporting, analytics, financial and operational planning implementation services as well as the sale of our Managed Services offerings.
Responsibilities
* Qualify, develop and advance opportunities through well-planned demand generation efforts * Ensure an effective sales process through thorough qualification and the gathering of needs that can result in tailored project proposals * Manage the preparation of proposals and statements of work, and ensure accurate completion of all customer and internal agreements and processes * Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process * Deliver against agreed upon sales targets that meet both sales and financial goals and objectives * Interact with partners (e.g. Oracle) to jointly market and sell to mutual customers, share leads, and position solutions * Make significant contributions to the team and the company sales culture
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum of 2 - 4 years sales experience – preferably with solution and consulting services * Demonstrated success with a solution selling / relationship selling approach, preferably with cloud based solutions * This is predominantly a "hunter" role and qualified candidates must provide examples of their ability to generate organic revenue growth * Track record of uncovering opportunities and collaborating with cross functional teams to close sales & hitting sales targets * Commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors * Demonstrated technical aptitude * Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, “can-do” attitude, and speaking your ideas * Ability to quickly connect with prospects and create trusted relationships * Demonstrated self-starter, not afraid to take risks * Excellent attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Developed domain expertise and relationships within the office of the CFO / Finance Management * Selling experience with cloud based Enterprise Performance Management / Business Intelligence a plus, preferably with Oracle platform
