Summary
The Marketing Coordinator provides project management and administrative support, assisting with marketing operations as assigned by the marketing team. He or she is responsible for supporting the implementation of tactical events and programs, and supporting the development and distribution of marketing materials.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, including: scheduling and drafting agendas for meetings, taking meeting notes, capturing next steps and drafting project timelines * Assist all team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing programs and activities as requested * Assist with the management of all team activities (campaigns, programs & activations in central planning spreadsheets and calendars * Prepare PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentations and excel spreadsheets as directed by the marketing team * Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events and conferences, which includes any preparations required for company participation * Act as an internal liaison and develop report structure to assist in prioritizing developmental projects * Support all departmental administrative needs, including but not limited to: managing calendars, making travel arrangements, scheduling, coordinating, and preparing for meetings and events, and preparing reports, setting up weekly marketing leadership meetings, owning compilation of agenda & distributing meeting notes/follow up.
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS from a leading college or university * Superior organization, communication, and writing skills * Ability to organize and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders; able to change direction and work on multiple projects across a wide range of topics/businesses. * Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google products * A positive attitude and the ability to proactively and collaboratively to solve problems * Passion for fitness
