Responsibilities
* Key team member of the Compensation team in the support of the design and implementation of the organization's compensation strategy. Initiatives and projects include: annual compensation review, pay structure development, benchmarking. * Reporting and analysis supporting the annual compensation review (i.e. merit, annual incentive, long term incentive). * Salary survey submissions, survey result analysis, and reporting. * Pay structure analysis, design, and modeling for salary and incentive compensation programs. * Provide input to the development of a new compensation planning and survey HRIS module. * Assist in development of communications and training content for HR and managers as needed.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree with emphasis in HR, Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 3-5 years compensation experience with a global organization, specifically in pay structure development, market pay analysis and geographic pay differentials, salary survey participation and interpretation. * Advanced Microsoft Excel are a must, including expertise in database management, lookup tables, macros, etc. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to build complex data models. * Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus.
