Together, these entities employ more than 50 experienced professionals offering investment advisory services, multi-generational tax and estate planning, and other professional services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the Grants Coordinator in processing grant payments.
- Supervise the Grants Coordinator in preparing various grant payment and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain a program for tracking compliance with grant payment term sheets.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings.
- Assist the Director of Operations in coordinating with the outside Field Consultants who work with the various programs of the foundation.
- Respond to various requests from internal staff and grant recipients, as assigned.
- Take on various responsibilities, as assigned.
Work Experience and Background Required
- Bachelor's Degree or higher with a high academic achievement
- 5 - 10 years' experience in office management, administration or comparable experience
- Non-profit staff or volunteer experience very helpful
- Financial experience helpful

- Well organized, detail oriented and flexible in handling work assignments
