Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Grants Coordinator in processing grant payments.
  • Supervise the Grants Coordinator in preparing various grant payment and financial reports.
  • Develop and maintain a program for tracking compliance with grant payment term sheets.
  • Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Assist the Director of Operations in coordinating with the outside Field Consultants who work with the various programs of the foundation.
  • Respond to various requests from internal staff and grant recipients, as assigned.
  • Take on various responsibilities, as assigned.
Ideal Candidate

Work Experience and Background Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher with a high academic achievement
  • 5 - 10 years' experience in office management, administration or comparable experience
  • Non-profit staff or volunteer experience very helpful
  • Financial experience helpful

Other Desirable Attributes

  • Well organized, detail oriented and flexible in handling work assignments
  • Ability and desire to grow in responsibility over time
