Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for a motivated and professional Floating Property Manager who will travel throughout the Central Illinois region to manage and assist with the day to day operations and special projects at our Section 8/LIHTC residential properties. **Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:** - Supervising of Section 8, LIHTC and HOME program administration - Tenant/landlord relations - Supervising of day-to-day maintenance operations (safety, preventive maintenance, unit turnover) - Financial analysis, as well as, reporting and budgets - Special projects as assigned.

- Providing leadership to site teams - Assisting with the entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable (including subsidy receivable) - Evaluating marketing, leasing and administrative functions - Hiring, training, supervision, and evaluating of office and maintenance staff - Supervising of Section 8, LIHTC and HOME program administration - Tenant/landlord relations - Supervising of day-to-day maintenance operations (safety, preventive maintenance, unit turnover) - Financial analysis, as well as, reporting and budgets - Special projects as assigned. - Property management experience with Section 8 and LIHTC strongly preferred
