Floating Property Manager

Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for a motivated and professional Floating Property Manager who will travel throughout the Central Illinois region to manage and assist with the day to day operations and special projects at our Section 8/LIHTC residential properties.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

• Supervising of Section 8, LIHTC and HOME program administration
• Tenant/landlord relations
• Supervising of day-to-day maintenance operations (safety, preventive maintenance, unit turnover)
• Financial analysis, as well as, reporting and budgets
• Special projects as assigned.

• Providing leadership to site teams
• Assisting with the entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable (including subsidy receivable)
• Evaluating marketing, leasing and administrative functions
• Hiring, training, supervision, and evaluating of office and maintenance staff
• Supervising of Section 8, LIHTC and HOME program administration
• Tenant/landlord relations
• Supervising of day-to-day maintenance operations (safety, preventive maintenance, unit turnover)
• Financial analysis, as well as, reporting and budgets

• Special projects as assigned.

• Property management experience with Section 8 and LIHTC strongly preferred
