Senior Oracle Business Analyst - Finance

Parker+Lynch is currently recruiting for a Senior Oracle Business Analyst position with our client in Charlotte, NC. This position will focus within our client’s finance team, supporting all business processes within the finance department. Candidates must have prior Oracle EBS R12 experience to be considered.

* Responsible for supporting, maintaining and growing the ERP solution that supports business processes in the following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Project Accounting and Project Billing. * Work as part of a team to provide technical support for day to day Oracle application issues. * Support and maintain Oracle EBS, including assisting in troubleshooting incidents and identifying and documenting functional errors. * Develop functional and technical design specifications for application enhancements and oversee development, test, user acceptance and implementation. * Document and maintain system processes, configuration and test plans making business process improvement recommendations where necessary. * Management and monitoring of EBS application security.

* 5+ years Oracle EBS R12 experience with a concentration in the Financial Modules * Expert level knowledge of all Oracle EBS R12 modules supported (GL, AP, AR, PA, PB) * Experience in developing and maintaining data conversion/integration between Oracle EBS and other non-Oracle Applications. * Experience as a Tier One consultant would be a plus. * Proficiency with SQL based queries. * Experience with TOAD, Data loader and OBIEE * Proficiency with MS Project/Visio * A Bachelors and/or a Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Technology related field
