This person will perform a variety of financial tasks including real estate accounting, tenant billing and collections, accounts payable, cash management and account reconciliations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred (other business degree in combination with strong work experience may be considered)
• Prefer professional certification (CPA, CMA)
• 3+ years experience of general accounting/financial reporting experience including accounts payable, treasury/cash management, accounts receivable, billings, collections and account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency with financial systems and standard software applications (PeopleSoft; Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Attention to detail and focus on tasks at hand
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
