Are you an entry level grad who had an internship? Or do you have about two years accounting experience already? Accounting Principals is hiring for an Accounting Associate job in Exton, PA! We are looking for someone who ideally is entry level with an internship, or has only a couple years’ experience in accounting. Our client is looking for an energetic and talented candidate to join their accounting team.

* Processing monthly customer invoices and running variance reports * Collect from customers on past due payments as well as run aging reports for Accounts Receivable * Reconciling all expenses to the General Ledger and process monthly bills * Assisting with Accounts Payable and matching invoices * Processing expense reports as well as auditing PTO

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance * Some prior accounting experience, including a college internship * Proficient in Excel * Ability to organize, multi-task, work independently as well as being a productive aspect of a team
