Responsibilities

Dispatcher Schedules and dispatches workers, equipment or service vehicles to carry materials or passengers. Records information on each call and prepares detailed reports on all activities occurring during the shift. Communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are important qualities to possess for this position. Spanish is required.

Ideal Candidate

Dispatchers must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of MS Word, Excel and customer database systems. Spanish is required. Previous customer service experience with conflict-resolution is a plus.
