Insurance Relationship Manager

The Alliant Company is a privately owned, fully integrated national finance and investment firm with offices throughout the United States. The company is comprised of five independent companies with assets under management in excess of $9.2 billion.

Do you have particularly strong liaison and presentation skills along with a solid knowledge of insurance coverages? Alliant Asset Management Company is looking for an Insurance Relationship Specialist who will facilitate the collection and resolution of insurance coverage certificates working alongside Asset Managers and insurance companies. This position will be responsible for the collection and review of all certificates of insurance for the entire Alliant portfolio of properties in accordance with Lower-Tier Partnership Agreements.

* Extensive review of current insurance inplace for compliance with lower-tier partnership agreements. * Maintain insurance database. * Review and collection insurance renewals. * Send out correspondence including reminder letters 60-days and 30-days prior to insurance expiration. * Maintain insurance files. * Main resource for questions or concerns regarding property, liability and other insurance. * Must be resourceful and continuously stay current with updates in the insurance industry. * Develop and conduct education and training programs. * Other responsibilities as requested or assigned.

**Key Qualifications** * Candidate would have familiarity with insurance practices and be able to interpret insurance coverages and mitigate risk exposures. * Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are a must. * Ability to work independently. **Education** * High school diploma or equivalent. **Computer Skills** * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word,Excel, and Outlook including problem solving and analytical skills required. * Imanage experience a plus.
